Installation - dirt-free and noise-free

The RADEMACHER RolloTron belt winder provides a particularly quick and convenient method for operating your roller shutters automatically. The automatic belt winder can be simply and easily fitted and made operational by a tradesman - no noise, no dirt! Many customers want to save energy but the majority shy away from complex and expensive renovation work.
During installation, the high-performance drive is fitted in the belt box in place of the old belt winder. The roller shutter belt is then wound off the manual belt winder and wound onto the new belt winder and then replaced in the belt box.
The RolloTron Pro has a tractive force of 45 kg, with which roller shutters with an area of up to 6m² can be simply and easily moved. RADEMACHER RolloTron Pro Plus models are available with a tractive force of 60 kg for larger and heavier shutters. This simple retrofittable drive is thereby the ideal drive solution even for large roller shutters with a surface area of up to 10m². The RolloTron is also available as a surface-mounted swivel winder with a tractive force of 30 kg.
The power supply to the drive is via a conventional 230 V power connection.
